Why to pay any fees to the ICSES?

You may need to pay some fees to the ICSES for the following reasons:

  1. Annual Membership Fee:
Based on the new regulations, since 2020, if a member cannot participate in the society's activities such as publishing a paper, his/her membership will not be extended for the next year (his/her profile will be suspended on the late-December, or simply he/she cannot download the membership card or society's certificates any longer), and he/she needs to go for premium membership with following annual fees:
10$ Student Members Premium membership for a year from the 1st January to the 31st December
19$ Full Members Premium membership for a year from the 1st January to the 31st December
  2. Extra Page Charge:
Although publishing the paper in most of the ICSES journals are free of charge, there are a page limit for each kinds of the manuscripts that can be seen in the "Submission Guidlines" menu of the homepage of each journal. For example, any regular Reaserch Paper should be in the range of 8 up tp 12 pages, and the Authors violating this limit should pay for the extra or deficient pages, as the followings:
20$ For each extra or deficient page
  3. Fast-Review Option:
Review process is a voluntarily work from the experts and academic professors who are engaged with tremendous academic businesses. Since the ICSES is non-beneficiary and its journals and books are mostly free of charge, we have a high emphasis on the quality. Currently, a typical round of peer-review process takes about 60 days which may be annoying for some Authors need fast publication. Accordingly, Authors who want to process their submissions off-routine can select this option during the submission process to reduce the time needed for each round of peer-review up to 2 weeks (14 days). The fee is as the following and should be paid on the submission day, before the review process starts.

    * Worse mentioning that selecting this option neither elevate the chance of acceptance nor it can be returned in case of a rejection.
Free Regular Review Process About 60 days per round of peer-review
50$ Fast-Review Option About 14 days per round of peer-review
  4. Manuscript Editorial Service:
As stated in the Manuscript Submission Guidelines menu in the homepage of the journals, all the submissions should complay with the "ICSES Manuscript Template". It is because the ICSES is a non-beneficiary society, and all the manuscript formatting and typesetting is on the Authors. Afterwards, those Authors selecting this option while the submission process are exempt from Typeseting and can submit his/her paper in any format. After a prospective acceptance, he/she have to pay the following fee for formatting and typesetting his/her manuscript.

    * Worse mentioning that this fee is just for formatting and typesetting, and does not include any structural or language improvement.
100$ Manuscript Editorial Service Typesetting the manuscript based on the ICSES Manuscript Template
