Manuscript Abstract
ICSES Transactions on Image Processing and Pattern Recognition (ITIPPR) is a peer-reviewed open-access publication of its kind that aims at reporting the most recent research and developments in the area of image processing and pattern recognition. It publishes advanced, innovative and interdisciplinary research involving the theoretical, experimental and practical aspects of the two paradigms and their hybridizations. ITIPPR is committed to timely publication of very high-quality, peer-reviewed, original articles that advance the state-of-the art of all aspects of image processing and pattern recognition. Survey papers reviewing the state-of-the-art of timely topics will also be welcomed as well as novel and interesting applications. ICSES Transactions on Image Processing and Pattern Recognition (ITIPPR) is a NCBI approved journal. *** The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) is part of the United States National Library of Medicine (NLM), a branch of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The NCBI is located in Bethesda, Maryland and was founded in 1988 through legislation sponsored by Senator Claude Pepper. The NCBI houses a series of databases relevant to biotechnology and biomedicine and is an important resource for bioinformatics tools and services. Major databases include GenBank for DNA sequences and PubMed, a bibliographic database for the biomedical literature. Actually, indexing in the NCBI is prerequisite for inclusion in the PubMed ***
